3-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT: Shall include any commercial, industrial, or business use located in a building situated within the village.
PERSON: Shall mean and include any individual, corporation, association, partnership, or any other legal entity. (Ord. 94-11-1, 11-9-1994)
