2-6-12: ATTORNEY FOR BOARD:
Unless otherwise determined by the village board, the village attorney shall represent the board. In any proceeding before the board which requires the services of a prosecutor, the village prosecutor shall serve in that capacity. (Ord. 2001-9-2, 9-12-2001)
