The plan commission shall consist of a chair and six (6) other members; in addition, the mayor shall be an ex officio and nonvoting member. Each member shall be appointed for a term of five (5) years, except that the appointments to said plan commission made during calendar year 2015 shall be as follows:
A. Chair for a five (5) year term;
B. One member for a one year term;
C. Two (2) members, each for a two (2) year term;
D. Two (2) members, each for a three (3) year term; and
