12-3-10: FALSE ADVERTISING:

It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise, sell or offer for sale any condominium unit by employing any false or misleading statement of a material fact, or to omit any material fact required to be stated or necessary to make the statements made not misleading. (Ord. 88-2-3)
