The provisions of section 4-6-1, "Stormwater Management Regulations; Adoption Of Lake County Watershed Development Ordinance", of this code, also referred to as the "watershed development ordinance", as same may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference and thereby made a part of these development regulations to the same extent as if fully set forth herein.
