11-3-1: VARIATIONS IN DESIGN; ANTIMONOTONY STANDARD:

All residences and dwelling units erected in any subdivision or development subject to this title, whether within the village or in any unincorporated area over which the village has jurisdiction, shall comply with the residential design standards of the Lake Villa zoning ordinance, as they may be amended from time to time.
