For purposes of this chapter, the following words or phrases shall have the following meanings:
ENTERTAINMENT: Shall mean and include, but not be limited to, shows, amusements, theaters, circuses, sporting events, or any other place of public or private entertainment or amusement, unless ancillary to the purpose of the program or event.
TRAVEL: Any expenditure directly incident to official travel by employees and officers of the village involving reimbursement to travelers or direct payment to private agencies providing transportation or related services.
VILLAGE: The village of Lake Villa, Lake County, Illinois.
VILLAGE PERSONNEL: All elected officials, all appointed officers, and all employees of the village. (Ord. 2017-01-02, 1-11-2017)
