In addition to imposing any penalties as provided in this title and/or as otherwise provided in this code, the village is authorized to suspend and/or revoke any site development permit and/or any other village approval issued by the village pursuant to this title for any violation of any of the terms and/or conditions of such permit, and/or for any violation of the provisions of this title, including, but not limited to, activities such as site development in such a manner that is materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to person, property or the environment in the neighborhood and/or surrounding areas, and/or a temporary suspension of the respective site development permit may be imposed effective immediately upon written notification by any authorized representative of the village to the person and/or entity to whom the site development permit was issued.
