A. Enforcement: The zoning ordinance and map shall be enforced by the zoning officer.
B. Building Permits, Certificate Of Occupancy And Change Of Use Permits: Before any building or other structure, or part thereof, shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, moved, or structurally altered, and before the use of any building, structure or land is changed within the village limits, a building permit and certificate of occupancy shall be obtained from the zoning officer.
