§ 156.042 SIDEWALK DESIGN.
   (A)   Widths. All sidewalk widths shall, when installed, conform to the following minimum standards:
 
Classification
Width
Commercial areas
10 feet
Industrial areas
6 feet
Multiple-family area and public building sites
6 feet
Single-family area
4 feet
 
   (B)   Grades. Sidewalks shall slope one-quarter inch per foot away from the property line and the profile grade shall not exceed 8%.
