Any firm, person or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who sells, leases or offers for sale or lease any lot, block or tract of land herewith regulated before all the requirements of this chapter have been complied with shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be subject to fine and/or imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
