§ 156.007 PROTECTION OF NATURAL FEATURES.
   (A)   The City Council reserves the right to decline approval of a subdivision if due regard is not shown for the preservation of all natural features such as large trees, water courses, scenic points, historical spots and similar city assets which, if preserved, will add attractiveness and stability to the proposed development of the property.
   (B)   Subdivision review shall be coordinated with the requirements and procedures for environmental assessment and impact statements contained in the zoning ordinance. Any mandatory environmental assessment worksheet or impact statement as required by the State Environmental Quality Board regulations shall be submitted as part of the application for preliminary plat approval.
