(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A minor who is in violation of curfew as set forth in § 130.03, may be taken home or placed under the proper custody of the County Sheriff’s Department for the filing of a petition in juvenile court for delinquency as provided in M.S. §§ 260B.101 et seq. and 260C.101 et seq., as they may be amended from time to time.
