No person under eighteen (18) years of age shall be or remain in or upon any of the streets, alleys, or public places in the city at night after the hour of 10:00 p.m. on nights followed by a regular school day, or after the hour of 11:00 p.m. on other nights unless the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person having the legal custody of the minor person, or is in performance of an errand or duty directed by the parent, guardian, or other person having the care and custody of the minor person, or whose employment makes it necessary to be upon the streets, alleys, or public places during the night time after these specific hours.
