§ 52.999 PENALTY
   (A)   Any person who violates the provisions of Article II shall be guilty of a violation, and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of Article III shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the county jail or other place of legal incarceration for not more than six (6) months or by both. The fine and imprisonment will be in the discretion of the Kenton District Court.

   (C)   For each and every violation of any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is specifically provided, a civil penalty shall be levied in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The fine shall be paid to the General Fund of the city.
