(A) A person who owns or keeps custody or control of a dangerous animal commits an offense if the person fails to comply with § 90.213 or any other applicable city regulation relating to dangerous animals.
(B) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
(C) If a person is found guilty of an offense under this section, the court may order the dangerous animal humanely destroyed by the ACO.
