§ 90.212  KNOWLEDGE OF A DANGEROUS ANIMAL.
   For purposes of this chapter, a person learns he or she is the owner of a dangerous animal and is subject to the requirements in § 90.213 upon the occurrence of any of the following:
   (A)   The owner knows of an attack described in the definition of dangerous animal found in § 90.210;
   (B)   The owner is notified by the ACO that the animal is a dangerous animal; or
   (C)   The owner is notified by the municipal court that the court has upheld the ACO's determination that the animal is a dangerous animal.
