After any premises have been ordered repaired or demolished under § 150.38, the Building Inspector shall regularly reinspect same. If at any time the building on the premises is no longer substandard to the extent that the life, land, health, property, safety, or welfare of the public or the occupants thereof is endangered, the Building Inspector shall immediately withdraw his or her prior order and issue a certificate reflecting the action to the feeholder of the property.
