§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A person who commits an offense under § 92.02 is, on conviction, subject to a fine not to exceed $200.  On conviction, the court shall order removal and abatement of the nuisance.
