It shall be the duty of the full-time police officer or Building Inspector or Health Inspector or Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Lakeside to forward to the Town Attorney a written statement of the expenditure by him or her, under the provisions of § 91.40 in carrying out the provisions of this section, and it shall be the duty of the town attorney to proceed without delay to foreclose the lien or otherwise compel the owner of the premises to repay the amount thereof to the town, together with all charges of collection.
