§ 91.40  FAILURE OF OWNER OR OCCUPANT TO OBEY ORDERS; ABATEMENT BY TOWN; EXPENSE TO BE CHARGED AGAINST OWNER AND CONSTITUTE LIEN.
   If the owner or occupant fails, neglects, or refuses to obey the order, under the provisions of the preceding section of this subchapter, or if the premises are unoccupied and the owner or his or her agent cannot be found, any full-time police officer or building inspector or health inspector or code enforcement officer of the Town of Lakeside shall abate or remove the nuisance and shall defray the expenses thereof out of any moneys in the town treasury available for the purposes.  All expenses so incurred shall be charged against the owner and shall be a lien on the lot and premises whereupon the nuisance exists.
