§ 70.20 SPECIAL EXCEPTION AVAILABLE.

A person desiring to park a commercial vehicle or trailer on private property located within a residential or multi-family zoned district, as prohibited by §§ 70.01 through 70.09, may do so only by obtaining a special exception from the City Council as provided herein.
