It shall be unlawful to park or allow to be parked any commercial vehicle, trailer, recreation vehicle, house trailer, boat, bus, or any trailer designed to be towed and used for commercial purposes on a driveway, parking lot, or other off-street parking area in such a manner that any portion of same extends past the front or side property line of the property, and into property that is publicly-owned or to which a public easement has been granted. The prohibition applies even though a street, curb, or other public improvement may not extend to and abut the surveyed property line.
