§ 53.072 1986-87 CUSTOMER CHARGES; BASIS FOR COMPUTATION.

For the purposes provided in § 53.071, the following 1985-86 results shall be used as a basis for customer charges for the ensuing year of operation of the wastewater transportation and administration facilities: Dr = 80.04%, Dc =14.56%, Di = 5.40%.
