§ 53.071  CUSTOMER RATES FOR USER CLASSES; BASIS FOR DETERMINATION.
   The monthly customer rate for administration and transportation of the wastewater of each user class (residential, commercial and industrial) is based on the demand that the class has placed on the system during the month of peak use.
