§ 50.052  PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE TO SYSTEM.
   Any person that damages or destroys in any way whatsoever any part, section or component of the town water system shall be required to pay for all replacement parts and/or repairs that may be needed to restore the water system to the condition that the system was in prior to being damaged or destroyed.
