§ 50.048 UNAUTHORIZED TURN ON OF WATER OR DAMAGING LOCK PROHIBITED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person that is not specifically authorized by the Town Administrator or Town Water Superintendent to restore (turn on) water service to any premises.

(B) It is unlawful for any person that is not specifically authorized by the Town Administrator or Town Water Superintendent to remove, break, cut off or damage in any way a lock placed on a water shutoff valve of the town water system.
