§ 32.06 TOWN SALES TAX ON RESIDENTIAL USE OF GAS AND ELECTRICITY.

The 1% town sales tax on the receipts from the sale, production, distribution, lease, or rental of, and the use, storage, or other consumption within the Town of Lakeside, Texas, of gas and electricity for residential use be continued.
