§ 32.04  FEES FOR SERVICES OF PEACE OFFICERS; COURT COSTS; SPECIAL EXPENSE.
   (A)   The Town of Lakeside shall impose a fee for the services of peace officers as established and set out in Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 102.011.  If Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 102.011, is amended or a successor statute passed, then the Town of Lakeside shall impose the fees for the services of peace officers as may be established by the amendment or successor statute.  The fees shall be paid into the town treasury and shall be accounted for and paid over as required by law, but the Town of Lakeside may keep the funds as are authorized by statute.
   (B)   A Municipal Court Judge of the Town of Lakeside may, upon conviction, require a defendant to pay the court costs as are authorized by law.  The costs will be paid into the town treasury and shall be accounted for and paid over as required by law, but the Town may keep the funds for administrative, collection, and accounting fees as are allowed by law.
