§ 31.133  ACTING TOWN ADMINISTRATOR.
   By letter filed with the Town Secretary, the Town Administrator shall designate a qualified administrative employee of the town to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Town Administrator during the Town Administrator’s temporary absence or disability. The Council may revoke such designation at any time and appoint another such employee of the town until the Town Administrator returns.
