§ 31.118  IDENTIFICATION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The code enforcement officer and his or her assistants and deputies shall be supplied with official Town of Lakeside identification, and upon request, they shall exhibit such identification when performing any duties imposed and authorized by this subchapter and other regulations adopted by the town.
