§ 31.079  COMMISSION TO FILE QUARTERLY REPORT WITH CITY COUNCIL.
   It shall be the duty of the Commission at the end of each quarter, to file with the City Council a full and detailed report of its business and operations, and to make the  recommendations to the Council as it may deem advisable for the improvement and betterment of the service and facilities of the Commission.
