§ 31.078 CONFLICTS BETWEEN COMMISSION AND OTHER COMMISSIONS TO BE RESOLVED BY CITY COUNCIL.

In the event of any conflict of jurisdiction arising between this Commission and any other Commission of the town government, or in regard to any administrative detail thereof, the same shall be referred to the City Council, and its decision shall be final.
