§ 31.075 FUNDS FOR OPERATION.

The Commission shall not make any expenditure of money or incur any liability during any fiscal year beyond the amount of money appropriated in the annual budget of the Park and Recreation Commission as approved by the City Council for the purpose. Disbursements must be made by checks signed by the Mayor and the Town Secretary.
