The Park and Recreation Commission biennially shall elect one of its members as Chairperson of the Commission and shall appoint a Secretary-Treasurer who may, but need not be, a member of the Commission. The Park and Recreation Commission shall hold regular meetings at least once every month and shall provide rules and regulations for the operation and performance of the duties of its employees. All formal meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public, held in the Town Hall and final action on matters before the Commission shall be taken only in regular public meetings.
