§ 31.070 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established a Park and Recreation Commission of the Town of Lakeside consisting of no less than three members who shall be appointed by the City Council. No person shall be eligible for appointment to membership on the Commission who is not a citizen of the United States and a resident of the Town of Lakeside. The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
