The Water Commissioner shall make a report to the City Council no less often than quarterly, and more often if requested, concerning projects, planning, employees, and the then present state of the budget allocated to and expenditures made for programs governing all water and sanitation facilities and services of the Town of Lakeside. The City Council may appoint one of its own members to be a direct liaison with the Water Commissioner, and the member of the City Council may make reports and recommendations to the Council in lieu of the Water Commissioner.
