§ 31.028  CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROHIBITED.
   The Water Commissioner may not be an employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, or attorney for any business entity that submits bids for the sale or lease to or from the Town of Lakeside of any materials, supplies, or services or which furnishes any materials, supplies, or services to the Town of Lakeside.
