§ 31.023 CREATION, APPOINTMENT, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF WATER COMMISSIONER.

There is hereby created the position of Water Commissioner of the Town of Lakeside. The person shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. No person shall be eligible for appointment as Water Commissioner who is not a citizen of the United States and a resident of the Town of Lakeside. The Water Commissioner shall serve without compensation.
