Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions hereof or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof or who shall make any false statement in any document required to be submitted under the provisions hereof shall be guilty of misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. This chapter may also be enforced through the city administrative penalty ordinance.
