§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues unabated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Fines for violations shall established by resolution of the City Council. This chapter may also be enforced through the city administrative penalty ordinance.
