§ 110.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No transient merchant, hawker, peddler, or solicitor shall sell or offer for sale any merchandise or attempt to do any business in the city without first having obtained all the required licenses. Transient merchants must obtain a license from the city and from the County Auditor. Hawkers and peddlers must obtain a license from the city.
