§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any transient merchant, hawker, peddler, or solicitor who engages in any activity that requires a license under this chapter without possession of a current and un-revoked license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. This chapter may be enforced by the city administrative penalty ordinance.
