Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a sentence of not more than the maximum fine and period of incarceration imposed under the laws of the State of Minnesota for misdemeanor violations. This chapter is also enforceable through the city administrative penalty ordinance.
