§ 94.09 STORING ELM WOOD PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to store elm logs with bark intact within the city for more than 72 hours during the period from April 1 through September 15 in any year. Any logs stored contrary to the provisions of this section may be seized and destroyed by the city.
