Violations of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to punishment of a misdemeanor in accordance with the laws of the state pertaining to the punishment allowed for violation of misdemeanors. Each day of noncompliance with this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. Violations of this chapter may be punishable by city administrative penalties procedures.
