(A) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Village Clerk in regard to the denial of application for a permit as provided in § 10.05 of this chapter or in connection with the revocation of a permit, as provided for in § 10.08 of this chapter, shall have the right to appeal to the Village Council.
(B) Such appeal shall be taken by filing a written statement, setting forth the grounds for the appeal, with the Village Clerk within 14 days after notice of the decision by the Village Clerk has been mailed to such person's last known address.
(C) The Council shall then schedule a hearing on such appeal at the next regular Council meeting. Notice of such hearing shall be given to such person in the same manner as provided in § 10.08 of this chapter for notice of hearing on revocation.
