(A) Term; expiration. Permits shall be granted for the period requested; provided, no permit shall be granted for a period in excess of one year from the date of issuance. Provided, if such permittee does not actively engage in business within the village during a 90 day period, such person will inform the Police Department when he or she is ready to resume business activities.
