§ 94.05 CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING PERMIT.
In granting any permit, the city shall specifically limit the permit as to date and time, location, and the extent of the activity permitted. In addition, the City Manager may attach conditions to the validity of any permit issued if the conditions are, in the opinion of the city, reasonably necessary based on the considerations listed under § 94.04. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to:
   (A)   A change in size or extent of the proposed activity or of the date, time or location from that requested.
   (B)   The barricading of streets or driveways and the provision of identified monitors at such barricades.
   (C)   The posting of bond, cash deposit, or other security to cover any damage to public property and the cost to the city of removing any temporary structures not removed by the applicant.
   (D)   Limitations of the size, number and location of signs.
   (E)   Requirements reasonably necessary to ensure that the activity will not create excessive noise or be conducted in an unsafe, unsanitary, or unsightly manner.
