Adequate pressure shall be maintained in the distribution system in order to provide reasonably adequate and continuous flows and pressures for the purposes intended. Every utility shall have, or have reasonably prompt access to, one or more recording pressure gauges, calibrated regularly by a certified testing laboratory or against a certified test gauge, for the purpose of making continuous 24-hour pressure surveys as may be conducted at the request of the City Commission.
